What is The Vineyards Motorcoach Resort?
The Vineyards is a luxury Class A motorcoach community established in 2003, featuring 69 privately owned lots, each with a custom casita and full hookup motorcoach pad.
Where is The Vineyards located?
We're conveniently located off Interstate 10 in Coachella, California, in the beautiful Coachella Valley.
What types of RVs are permitted?
Our community is designed for Class A motorhomes only. Coaches must be a minimum of 35 feet long and 10 years old or newer. Older coaches in good condition may be allowed with HOA approval.
Is a motorcoach required for ownership?
Buyers may purchase a lot and live in their casita without owning a Class A motorhome.
Does the community have security?
The community is gated and requires a code or transponder to access 24x7. Prospective buyers and renters can contact us to schedule an appointment to visit the community.
Is The Vineyards Motorcoach Resort affiliated with Coachella Lakes RV Resort?
The Vineyards Motorcoach Resort is a private community of individually owned properties managed by a homeowners association. The Coachella Lakes RV Resort is a privately owned luxury RV resort that offers sites for rent and is operated separately.

What does ownership include?
Each property includes a deeded lot with a casita (one of three floor plans), attached garage, patio area, and a full-hookup motorcoach pad.
What are the HOA fees?
Current HOA fees are $440 per month and include water, sewer, garbage service, and access to all community amenities.
Can I rent out my property when I'm not using it?
Yes, owners may rent their properties in accordance with City of Coachella regulations and HOA rules.
Is there an on-site sales or rental office?
There is not an on-site sales or rental office. All sales and rentals are managed by the individual owners and their agents. See additional information for buyers and renters.
Casita Information:
What are the different casita floor plans?
Plan One: 530 sq ft with full bathroom and laundry room
Plan Two: 945 sq ft with great room, laundry room, and full bathroom
Plan Three: 1,095 sq ft with great room, bedroom, laundry room, and full bathroom
What comes with each lot?
Each lot includes the casita, an attached single-car garage with room for a golf cart and storage, a patio, and a motorcoach driveway with full hookups.
Community Life:
What amenities are available?
Amenities include a clubhouse, library, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and multiple pools and spas.
What social activities are offered?
Regular activities include coffee and donuts gatherings, pickleball, evening games, mini golf outings, Bible study, and poker nights.
Is this an age restricted community?
The community welcomes all ages.
